Do you want to not only commission state-of-the-art CNC technology, but also actively optimize and further develop it?

Then become part of our team and accompany our tool grinding machines from final acceptance to successful deployment at the customer's site – both nationally and internationally.

Your tasks

• Commissioning of CNC tool grinding machines, including spindle and axis drives

• Final electrical and electronic testing of machines before delivery

• Programming, adapting, and optimizing CNC systems, servo drives, and PLC and safety controllers

• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in the areas of machine electrical systems, control technology, and drive systems – both internally and at customer sites

• Providing technical advice and support to our customers after delivery

• Close collaboration with design, assembly, service, and other specialist departments

• Creating maintenance, measurement, and fault reports

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of service documentation and operating manuals

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for automation technology

• Further training as a master craftsman, technician, or engineer is an advantage

• Sound knowledge of PLC programming systems (e.g., CoDeSys)

• Initial professional experience with a manufacturer of metal-cutting machine tools or in the field of automation technology is desirable

• Experience with CNC controls

• Excellent German and English skills for working with international customers
