Regrind your precision tools in manufacturer quality

In addition to the supply of new precision tools – and despite the effects and limitations given by the COVID-19 pandemic - we offer our customers a professional service for regrinding your precision tools in manufacturer quality.

During the reprocessing process, the tools are reground by many years of experienced staff members on high-precision SAACKE grinding machines and undergo a 100% check on the gear measuring machines before delivery. This is done at PWS for our precision tools as well as for third-party tools, with or without a required test protocol.

For the optimum service life of the tools, we complete our service with a process-appropriate hard material coating, for which our application technicians are also happy to provide advice to the customer directly on-site.

As a new free service, a specialist article will be published on our homepage every two months from September, in which we inform our customers about current developments and the latest user findings. The first article will be published on September 15, 2020 and informs about the application areas of power skiving cutters and possible solutions for small series.
