Industrial Management Assistant (m/f)

The profession of work organization and administration offers you:

Preconditions: at least a good Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife or Abitur, good manners and teamwork.

Duration of training: 3 years (shortening possible)

Our Industrial Management Assistants go through all departments according to an individual training plan and thus gain insight into the following subject areas:

• Material Management / Work Preparation
• Production Management
• Personnel Management
• Distributive Trade
• Accounting
• Organization and EDP

After successfully completing the apprenticeship, you will have the skills to work in one of the following departments:

• Purchasing / Material Management
• Sales
• Shipping / Export
• Human Resources, Finance and Accounting
• Cost Accounting / Controlling

The choice is yours: Specialize yourself in a certain field of responsibility or take on a combination of several functional areas and negotiate with suppliers, customers, banks, representatives, authorities or advertisers.

In addition to theoretical training, we support your customer focus, communication skills as well as our team spirit and provide extensive methods such as in-house trainings, trainee excursions, ect.
