Your tasks
Performing repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of our globally deployed tool grinding machines and machining centers – both domestically and internationally
Independent planning and coordination of service calls (scheduling, organization, and handover of repaired machines to customers)
Providing technical advice to our customers and support with malfunctions and preventive maintenance issues
Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults – particularly on machine controls and drive systems
Performing software updates and resolving malfunctions on PLC controls
Retrofitting and technically adapting machines to customer requirements (e.g., steady rests, pick-up systems, tailstocks)
Creating maintenance, measurement, and fault reports
Your profile
Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable field
Further training as a technician or master craftsman is advantageous, but not required
Several years of experience in after-sales service in mechanical engineering
Sound knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Practical experience in electrical systems, electronics (PLC), and CNC drives is advantageous
Familiarity with MS Office applications and good PC skills
Excellent German and English skills for working with international customers
Strong service and customer orientation
Willingness to travel regularly worldwide
