In our highly specialized Competence Center in Pforzheim, the SAACKE GROUP offers a wide range of processes for repair and service life extension for both our own and third-party manufactured tools. We provide service for gear cutting tools for spur gears, special tools, gear skiving tools, and shaper cutters. The various repair processes range from grinding and coating services to re-profiling of tools for spur gear tools (including third-party brands). Through comprehensive tool analyses and quality controls, we can accurately determine wear in order to achieve optimal reconditioning and tool utilization.
