Deburring tools


for all types of roller deburring machines

 

We manufacture roller deburring tools for all types of roller deburring machines.

 

The tool concept contains:

  • Pressure rollers to create an axial chamfer
  • Planing cutters to minimize the secondary burrs inside the flanks
  • Deburring plates to cut axial burrs
  • Progressive pressure rollers to create an axial chamfer that simultaneously minimizes the secondary burrs inside the flanks


The tool design is determined by the workpiece data, workpiece manufacturing technology and the type of deburring machine being used.

 

On request, we can:

  • produce complete sets of tools and adapters
  • mount the tool sets on existing tool adapters
  • adjust the tool sets
  • perform the deburring on your delivered workpieces.
